Vision Boards

It is time to give my life a boost.  Another kick start.  A NEW VISION BOARD. I recently read a list of 60 things to do for 100 days, written by Marelisa Fabiaga, under Lifehack.  I have changed it to fit my own needs, to be realistic about myself.  So, here is my list.  Instead of 100 days, I will revisit this in one week.
(* means that I am all ready doing this.)
MY SEVEN DAY LIST OF INTENTIONS
DAILY LIFE
1. 5 minutes to de-clutter paperwork, desk daily.
2. If I take it off, I will hang it up.
3. Change broken light bulbs if within reach without a 24′ ladder.
4. * Gratitude list.
5. Write down 5 small things I enjoy, and do at least one every day, such as,
*walk dog, *read, chat with family and friends
INNER LIFE
6. Notice any negative inner chatter and change it by at least 1 degree.
7. *Laugh daily.
8. *Read
9. *Lumosity.
10.Notice a complaining thought and then change it.
FINANCES
11. Track every cent spent for a week. (Paper money and cash, daily checks)
12. *Collect loose change every night.
TIME MANAGEMENT – CHECK CALENDAR EVERY EVENING AND MORNING
13. Notice amount of time spent on tv, reading, internet.
14. Notice time spent on social media.
15. Stop frequently and ask myself if this is my best use of time.  If not, make a thoughtful choice.
HEALTH
17. Eat 2-3 fruits daily
18. *Eat 5 portions of veggies daily
19. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily.
20. Exercise at least once daily, as prescribed, 15 minutes,
21. walk daily
INNER PEACE, SPIRITUALITY AND HAPPINESS
22. *play with pup
23. *meditate at least 10 minutes at least once daily
24. *pray daily
25. *go to temple services
26. *show gratitude daily
27. remember to smile
28. be myself without comparing to others
29. Be Gentle with self and others.
CREATIVITY
30. Be not serious.  Choose one:
Artist trading cards    Index cards    Art journal     Experiment    Soul Collage
31. *Plan creative interventions for current groups and clients
32. *Look at art daily
SMILE AND BREATHE
